NHP Electrical Engineering Products (NHP) has been appointed sole distributor for Rockwell Automation products in the South Pacific commencing May 1, 2018
NHP Electrical Engineering Products (NHP) has announced the acquisition of Rexel Industrial Automation’s (RIA) New South Wales and South East Queensland business assets related to the distribution and supply of Rockwell Automation products in these territories.
NHP has been granted sole distributor rights for Rockwell Automation products, systems and solutions in the South Pacific including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. This will be effective from May 2018.
During April 2018, NHP and Rexel Industrial Automation will continue to trade as separate entities while the acquisition is formalised.
NHP will be in contact with all RIA customers throughout April to ensure a seamless transition of products and services, according to ANZ managing director, Scott Wooldridge.
