The new ZAvblue impeller is up to 20 percent more efficient than other standard products in the market. In this context, the
bionic design of the new development from ZIEHL-ABEGG requires significantly less space in customer’s equipment, less space utilisation equals increased efficiency gains. Range is 250 –630mm
The EC55 is the smallest motor in our EC family in combination with our axial and radial fans. The axial fans will be diameter FN030 and FN035. The centrifugal combinations are available in sizes 180– 250mm.
The EC55 Centrifugal are available in a plug-and-play system called ZApilot making installation very simple for fan-coil-unit and electronic cabinet cooling manufactures.
ZAplus with ECblue motor and FE2Owlet axial fans are a unique system solution that reduce the dynamic loses and increase the static performance. It is equipped with an inlet cone, diffuser and airstraighteners that also cleverly serves as motor support making this the most efficient axial fan combination on the market.
ZIEHL-ABEGG will also exhibit the full range ECblue motors from 90Watt(EC055) to 22kW(PMblue) with the addition of the new, permanent-magnet synchronous internal-rotor motors in the PMblue series, these motors already exceed the requirements in the planned IE4 efficiency class, Super Premium Efficiency.
The PMblue motors have the highest efficiencies, even at low rotational speeds and in the partial load range. The motors stand out with their low-noise and vibration-free operation and are also perfect for very high rotational speeds up to 5,000 rpm. There are no system efficiency losses normally associated with motor blockage in the impeller.
