Later in the day the research facilities manager from the Sustainable Buildings Research Centre, Craig McLauchlan, will outline the applied research activities being undertaken by the centre at the University of Wollongong.
Another new product worth checking out is Heatcraft's new Kirby eCOBoost transcritical rack which is an all-natural primary refrigerant system.
On the seminar front there is a session this morning on the latest fault detection tools for HVAC systems which will be followed by a panel presentation entitled BIM to Pre-fabrication which will review methodologies for designing for offsite manufacturing of HVAC and other building services systems.
Later today visitors will have the opportunity to attend a presentation on the largest shallow geothermal installations for residential applications globally which is being undertaken at the Fairwater Estate in Sydney.
