Robertshaw, which was previously known as Invensys Controls, is increasing its presence in Australia with the appointment of four new sales staff.
The company's sales manager, John Dooley, said the appointments represent a significant investment for Robertshaw in the Australian market.
Formerly known as Invensys Controls, the company was purchased by Sun Capital Partners in June 2014, and is now operating as Robertshaw Australia Pty Ltd.
To increase service and support across Australia, the firm has engaged four sales agents to cover different regions of the country.
The appointments include James McCormack of JMack Technologies' Pty Ltd to cover Queensland and northern New South Wales while Nigel Muggridge of Broadtech Service & Supplies Pty Ltd will cover South Australia, Western Australia
and the Northern Territory.
Steve Hewat of Hewat Agencies will work in Victoria and Tasmania assisting all Wholesale Markets alongside Robertshaw customers in the southern states.
Finally, John Khoury of Nekeema Pty Ltd will cover NSW.
Dooley said Robertshaw sales agents are available to discuss Ranco, Paragon, Theben, Eberle and Robertshaw product offerings and will be contacting customers throughout the country in coming weeks to assess their current needs.
He said deliveries are managed through Robertshaw warehouses in Sydney, or locations in Melbourne, Wollongong, Adelaide and Caboolture.
