Airefrig Australia has relocated its Wangara branch in Perth (Western Australia) to larger premises to manage increased stock levels.

The company's general manager, Stephen Cross, said trading has commenced at 29 Lancaster Road, Wangara, which boasts a 1200sqm warehouse, 600sqm showroom and parking for 25 cars.

"These premises replace the previous operation for Airefrig in Wangara and represent our focus on providing the largest
stock levels and best customer service possible for our customers," Cross said.

Airefrig has always maintained large stock holdings at every branch and the new Wangara warehouse has been upgraded with eight copper racks and a large mezzanine area.

“As with the new Mulgrave branch in Victoria which opened earlier this year, the Wangara branch is now much larger and ensures we can maintain the high stock levels our customers have come to expect," he said.

"Airefrig branches are designed to be a one-stop-shop where customers can find everything they need in one place, which is what sets us apart from our competitors.

"Our new showroom has been set up to highlight all the global brands that Airefrig carries."

With the support of suppliers, Airefrig hosted a grand opening event last month. Customers were invited to tour the new premises and meet the Airefrig team and representatives from A-Gas Australia, Henry Technologies and Bitzer Australia.

Cross said the official opening event was a big success.  “We wanted to showcase all that the new branch could offer and also spend time with our customers." he said.

With the help of Henry Technologies, A-Gas Australia, Bitzer, Danfoss, Carel and CPS the company awarded door prizes including vouchers and tools. Airefrig also gave away a $500 tool voucher.

"Airefrig has been trading in Wangara since 1995 and the new branch will only improve the company’s service delivery in Perth's northern suburbs," Cross said.
