ARBS 2018 saw the successful launch of the complete product family with Plus and Plus Inverter added to the offering.
Optyma Plus INVERTER is a variable speed condensing unit with the unique benefits of stepless inverter scroll technology. The result is up to 30% higher energy efficiency, compared to mechanically modulated technology.
The unit is designed for medium temperature refrigeration applications in the range of 2kW to 9kW, using a multi-refrigerant compressor which includes the new lower GWP refrigerants such as R449A.
In as little as three steps the unit can be programmed for the required application via the controller, meaning installation time is significantly reduced. Customers will benefit from no downtime and speed control for noise and energy efficiency.
In conjunction with the launch of the Optyma range, Danfoss Condensing Unit Global Application Expert, John Broughton conducted technical product training across Australia.
Airefrig staff and sales engineers were equipped with both product knowledge and leading industry best practices for applying Inverter Technology, to achieve full precise control for critical application and noise reduction.
As part of the market release Airefrig customers who also attended product training experienced a joint knowledge sharing exercise and hot topics included future proofing for refrigerants, stack mounting from the Optyma Plus range and the value of easy installation for contractors and reduced running costs for end users.
