The residential property market continues to drive the latest innovations in air conditioning on show at the 2016 ARBS Exhibition.

Many of the market leaders are setting the pace by showcasing products fit for apartment style living.

For example, Daikin has a bedroom wardrobe set up at its stand to provide a 'cupboard demonstration' of its compact bulkhead ducted unit for apartments. With a depth of 450mm its ideal for drop ceilings and wardrobes.

The VRV IV-S heat pump is compact enough for double stacking and placement on the balcony. Available in six models, its long piping runs up to 120m for added flexibility. It also has a capacity range from 9kW to 24kW.

Of course when it comes to residential apartment living style is always a factor and that's where Daikin's Zena Series comes into play.

This is one of the most stylish split systems on the market, it is designed and engineered in Europe and has a capacity range
of 2.5kW to 5.0kW.

For a larger capacity range there is the Cora split system series which has a capacity range from 2.0kW to 9.4kW.

For multi-storey commercial applications Daikin has its VRV III water cool system.

Utilising water as a heat source, the VRV III has a capacity range of 22.4kW to 80.1kW.
