Fujitsu General continues to go from strength to strength as it expands its sales and marketing team with two new appointments.

Edward Jackson joins Fujitsu General in the newly created position of national retail sales manager, while Katherine Bond has been appointed as brand manager – trade marketing.

Sales and marketing general manager, Dave Smith, the two new appointments are a great way to end 2016.

“With an extensive background in channel sales and enterprise marketing, we are confident Ed and Katherine will deliver significant value to the business as Fujitsu General continues to grow its presence in the retail, commercial and dealer markets," Smith said.

Jackson brings more than 16 years’ experience in consumer electronics and appliances to the new sales team role. Most recently he held the position of national accounts manager – retail for Smeg Australia. Prior to this he worked in the sales department of Panasonic Australia and Samsung.

In her new role, Bond will be responsible for managing all trade marketing activities. Prior to joining Fujitsu General, Bond held a number of roles within the marketing department at Fuji Xerox Australia.

She most recently held the position of the national events and marketing programs executive where she was responsible for driving large-scale events, marketing initiatives, branding and strategic partnerships. Bond fills the role recently vacated by Linda Louskos.
