Smart energy innovator carbonTRACK Ltd has appointed technology veteran Brenton Spear as CEO to work alongside founder Spiros Livadaras to drive the company’s global growth.
carbonTRACK is an Australian company that is disrupting the energy sector globally by delivering patented technology which creates a decentralised energy ecosystem, connecting energy generators, energy distributors and energy consumers.
carbonTRACK’s software is used by energy companies in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, USA and the UK.
Spear, who has been carbonTRACK’s COO since 2019, has more than 25 years’ experience in running large technology platforms for major customer-facing energy technology companies including AGL and Energy Australia.
Spear said he looked forward to leading carbonTRACK through its next stage of innovation and growth.
