Specialised Controls Solutions Australia (SCSA) has officially been appointed a Reliable Controls Authorised Dealer in New South Wales, expanding their national footprint with a new office to support clients across Sydney and regional NSW.

The announcement comes as SCSA celebrates its 21st anniversary in 2025, marking more than two decades of leadership in building optimisation, energy management, and electrification across Australia’s built environment.

Already a long-standing Reliable Controls Authorised Dealer since 2008, SCSA has earned a reputation as a trusted partner for clients in commercial offices, hotels, schools, student accommodation, industrial sites, and government facilities.

The company is known for its whole-of-life approach to asset performance - delivering data-driven outcomes in sustainability, operational efficiency, and comfort.

SCSA Group managing director, Scott Donaldson, said this is exciting news for all current and new Reliable Controls Sydney clients.

“For many of our national clients, the opening of our new Kingsgrove office means we can deliver local support, faster response times, and build stronger relationships,” he said.

“This expansion aligns with our long-term vision - to support clients in optimising building performance, accelerating electrification, and reducing lifecycle costs.”

SCSA’s appointment strengthens the Reliable Controls Australasian Dealer Network - uniting trusted, values-aligned partners committed to delivering long-term value for building owners and facility managers.

Reliable Controls Australasian business development manager, Vince Dunn, said that as a trusted advanced building automation specialist, SCSA takes a long-term view to their clients’ needs and will bring that same approach to NSW.

“Together with SCSA and the broader dealer network, we’re continuing our mission to be the people and technology our customers can rely on,” Dunn said.

“SCSA is well-positioned to support the growing demand for smart, low-carbon, high-performing buildings across the eastern seaboard.”
