Kingspan Light, Air + Water has grown rapidly through acquisitions, leaving it with a fragmented network of multiple contracts, vendors and compliance requirements across 100 locations in 22 countries.
Previously, multiple contracts, vendors and compliance requirements created complexity, with local changes often going unreported - leading to missed renewals, undocumented modifications and poor visibility into network health.
