French manufacturer the Nexson Group has acquired German heat exchanger manufacturer Thermowave.
Established in 1992, Thermowave is a manufacturer of plate heat exchangers configured and designed according to customer specifications in a wide range of materials, frame designs and sizes.
The company has more than 100 employees and is a subsidiary of Guntner.
Nexson is a privately owned company with a comprehensive range of premium customized solutions for demanding and high-end heat transfer processes.
Thermowave will continue to operate as a standalone entity under its current name.
