Climate Control News,in partnership with the Australian Refrigeration Council, has officially launched NextGen 2022.
The NextGen initiative was first launched three years ago, to showcase Australia’s best apprentices and promote HVACR as a great career choice.
Each year apprentices and technicians under the age of 25 from all over Australia are invited to participate. But first they must be nominated by peers or their employer to be selected for our Top 20 under 25 program.
To qualify for the Top 20, nominees should be outstanding employees who have demonstrated excellence as an apprentice, they should be under 25 years of age, employed in Australia and should be willing to be an ambassador for the RAC sector.
Technicians selected to be a part of the Top 20 are profiled in the June edition of CCN magazine.
Nominations open 1 February, 2022 and close 1 April, 2022.
