Meet Airvision technician (WA) Dylan Parker.
Dylan has enjoyed being a fridgie from day one. He likes going out to different locations and working on a range of chillers.
“Some chillers are older than me,” he joked.
“There is also plenty of job satisfaction knowing you have made a difference. Whether it is a service call at 4:00pm to help a customer get their chiller operating or simple maintenance it is always interesting.”
When he first left school Dylan held casual part-time jobs so working a 40-hour week was a bit of an adjustment. “That’s been my biggest challenge, the job is never a struggle because I can always ask a colleague for assistance,” he said.
Dylan said his main focus is on completing his apprenticeship and becoming a fully qualified chiller technician.
