Meet Airvision technician (WA) Logan Hay.
Logan was destined to join the trade following in the footsteps of family members.
“I always saw it as a very interesting and healthy trade to have. The ability to be autonomous and challenged every day keeps the job fresh,” Logan said.
“I'm fortunate to be at Airvision where everyone is extremely helpful in sharing knowledge ensuring that as an apprentice, I'm getting the best training possible.”
Logan said staying abreast of new technologies also keeps it interesting. His biggest challenge is remembering to slow down and do one task at a time instead of “trying to learn everything at once.”
It is important to Logan to be a well-rounded technician with a’solid foundation
“In the short-term future my goals are to undertake my Certificate IIII & Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and keep growing my skillset,” he said.
