NextGen has returned for another year. The search is on to find Australia’s top 20 technicians and apprentices under the age of 25 for 2024.
Based on previous years, the top 20 is made up of real talent, these are technicians who are dedicated to a career in refrigeration and air conditioning.
Once again CCN has partnered with the Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) to showcase these young tradies that are certainly worthy of recognition.
Business owners and managers from all parts of Australia are invited to nominate staff members for inclusion in our annual top 20 which will be published in the April 2024 edition of CCN.
It is a great way to reward and nurture our next generation of refrigeration and air conditioning technicians.
Australia is battling a skills crisis that is critical to the future of our industry. This is why it is important to inspire apprentices and keep them engaged. HVACR is a great industry and so are our enthusiastic apprentices.
Maintain this enthusiasm and motivation by participating in NextGen.
