Meet SP&R Air Conditioning (VIC) technician Michael Williams.
Michael was told air conditioning and refrigeration was a trade that paid well which is what sparked his initial interest. Michael’s brother is an electrician so there were already tradesmen in his family.
“My brother said it was a well paid trade that not many people knew about so I started applying and got the job,” he said.
Michael said the job is a good fit for him because he enjoys fault finding. “I also like working with refrigerants,” he said.
Before planning his future Michael would like to try all areas of the trade from installation to service work and refrigeration.
