Camfil will be presenting its advanced kitchen exhaust filtration solution, the PowerClean electrostatic precipitator (ESP), at Stand 92 during this year’s ARBS QLD 2025 exhibition.

Designed for high-demand commercial kitchens and plant-room installations, the PowerClean unit features four-stage filtration and a fully integrated automatic cleaning system.

It is engineered for long-term performance, delivering effective control of airborne particulates, grease, smoke, and odours across all types of cooking applications.

The first three stages of filtration target particulate contaminants using an electrostatic precipitator with automated washdown and traditional mechanical filters. The fourth stage incorporates activated carbon media, enabling efficient odour control.

This comprehensive design ensures a consistent level of air quality, improved fire safety, and reduced environmental impact.

With low water consumption, PowerClean minimises strain on building services infrastructure and supports more sustainable operation. The system offers a low-maintenance alternative to manual-wash ESPs, resulting in lower total lifecycle costs and more reliable ongoing performance.

ARBS QLD Tech Talk Camfil will deliver a Tech Talk titled “Why Filter Kitchen Exhaust?” at 10:30 AM on 27 Aug 2025. This session will explore the critical importance of effective kitchen exhaust filtration in enabling horizontal discharge while minimising nuisance. It will also provide best-practice guidelines aligned with current Australian Standards.

The presentation offers valuable insights for consultants, facility managers, and commercial kitchen designers aiming to improve compliance, safety, and indoor air quality.

Visit Camfil at Stand 92 to view the PowerClean unit firsthand and learn how advanced filtration technology can enhance kitchen safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across your facility.
