Air purification company, Alen, has launched Scentra, the first and only scent technology designed to enhance purified air with functional, mood-boosting benefits.
Scentra is grounded in neuroscience and engineered to work seamlessly with Alen air purifiers.
The product introduces a new category of air technology that goes beyond pollutant removal to actively support how people feel throughout the day through targeted, research-backed scent experiences.
“Scentra was created to expand what air can do in everyday life,” according to Warburg Lee, founder and CEO of Alen.
“Clean air is the foundation. Scentra supports how people rest, focus, and recharge in the spaces where they live and work.
“It is designed to work with purified air, not mask it, so you get the full benefit of clean air along with a mood booster. The combination of scent science with air purification creates a more intentional way to shape indoor environments through every breath.”
Each Scentra scent is developed with neuroscience research to help support positive mood outcomes. The technology connects scent, brain response, and environment, and offers a more purposeful way to align air with daily routines and desired states such as relaxation, clarity, or energy.
Scentra introduces three core scent categories:
- Rest supports relaxation and sleep
- Focus promotes alertness and productivity
- Renew helps uplift mood and energy
Additional categories, including Balance and Root, will roll out over time, and expand the platform with new scent profiles tied to the same functional benefits.
Scentra integrates directly into Alen air purifiers and enhances purified airflow with no impact on air quality. The system uses controlled diffusion through filtered air to deliver a consistent, subtle scent experience designed to complement clean air.
