After 40 years in the HVAC business Malcom Ravenscroft is retiring and has sold his circular fire damper manufacturing and distribution business to Pacific Ventilation Pty Ltd, a Systemair AB company
The sale of Ravenscroft’s circular fire damper manufacturing and distribution to Pacific Ventilation closed on 30 June 2021.
Ravenscroft recently released an upgraded Series 2 fire damper range which Pacific Ventilation will quickly expand to the South Island of New Zealand and Australia.
The Ravenscroft Series 2 fire damper meets all of the latest AUS and NZ standards including AS 1530.4:2014, and requires no separate balancing damper or duct access hatch. Ravenscroft Fire Dampers is a New Zealand based business and has been developing fire dampers for over 23 years.
Malcom Ravenscroft, owner of Ravenscroft Fire Dampers said Pacific Ventilation has been supporting his business for many years.
He said Pacific Ventilation will continue to manufacture and distribute Ravenscroft dampers to the highest standards.
Pacific Ventilation managing director, Peter Gibson, said the addition of Ravenscroft is a big win for Australian and New Zealand customers.
