Mitsubishi Electric Australia has announced the retirement of long-serving Victorian sales leader, Rob Seeley, who stepped down after more than a decade at the helm of the state’s sales operation.

During his tenure, Seeley played a pivotal role in strengthening Mitsubishi Electric’s position as a trusted leader in HVAC industry across Victoria.

His customer-focused leadership, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to team development have left a lasting legacy within the business and the broader Victorian market.

General manager and executive director – Living Environment Division, Mitsubishi Electric Australia, Zane Barron, said Seeley’s contribution to Mitsubishi Electric over the past 10-plus years has been outstanding.

“On behalf of everyone at Mitsubishi Electric Australia, we thank him for his dedication and wish him all the very best for a happy, healthy, and well-deserved retirement,” Barron said.

Stepping into the role of state manager – Victoria is David Esoldo, who has been promoted following a distinguished 10-year career with Mitsubishi Electric.

Esoldo has a wealth of experience from both the Australian and American markets, with a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic growth, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

“We are delighted to have someone of David’s calibre and international experience leading our Victorian team into the next chapter,” Barron said.

“His deep understanding of the Mitsubishi Electric brand and his passion for driving results make him the ideal person to build on the strong foundation Rob has established.”

Following David Esoldo’s promotion, Mitsubishi Electric Australia has commenced an extensive search to appoint the next Victorian/Tasmanian sales manager.

Zarron said the company is committed to finding an outstanding leader to continue driving growth across both states.
