Specialised Control Solutions Australia (SCSA) has announced the appointment of Michael Kelly as general manager of its New South Wales operations.
The appointment comes as SCSA continues to expand its Reliable Controls building management system (BMS) capability across NSW, supporting the growing demand for high-performance building automation solutions.
Kelly joins SCSA following his role as state manager (NSW/ACT) at Siemens, bringing extensive experience in engineering leadership, business development and building long-term customer partnerships.
His appointment reflects SCSA's continued focus on combining technical excellence with trusted, relationship-driven service as the business expands across New South Wales.
In his new role, Kelly will lead the NSW business, focusing on strengthening client relationships, supporting the delivery of high-quality building automation solutions, and driving the next phase of the company's growth.
SCSA managing director, Scott Donaldson, said technical expertise is essential in the HVAC industry, but it's only part of the equation.
“What impressed me most about Michael was his genuine commitment to people—our customers, our partners and the teams around him,” he said.
“We share a belief that lasting success comes from building trusted relationships and consistently delivering value. That's the culture we're continuing to build at SCSA, and I'm delighted to welcome Michael to the business."
