Beijer Ref has acquired AM Distributors, a HVAC distributor based in the United States, with annual net sales of approximately $US49.3 million and good profitability.
AM Distributors, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Miami, Florida, operates branches across Miami, Miramar and Hialeah, expanding Beijer Ref’s presence into South Florida in the United States.
The company brings strong industry expertise and will continue operating under its existing brand. The acquisition is expected to have a minor positive impact on the wholesaler’s results.
Beijer Ref CEO, Christopher Norbye, welcomed AM Distributors to Beijer Ref.
“The company has built a solid platform in its market, and we look forward to further developing the business together with its existing management team,” he said.
