The Systemair Group has appointed Steve Cuthbertson as president of Systemair North America effective September 8, 2025.
Cuthbertson has more than two decades of leadership experience in the HVAC industry.
He most recently served as vice president of Sales at Swegon and Swegon Vibro-Acoustics, where he was instrumental in driving North American market growth and building strategic customer relationships.
Prior to that, he held roles at Armstrong and Lennox International, gaining extensive expertise in HVAC systems, operations, and business development.
Cuthbertson holds MBAs from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and York University, reflecting a strong academic foundation in global business leadership.
He will operate primarily from Systemair’s Tillsonburg, Ontario factory.
