There are three finalists competing for the ABB-sponsored female Rising Star Award.

Cailin Hancock is currently employed at the Maroondah Air Group and is another finalist renowned for her enthusiasm and helpful nature, especially when it comes to dealing with customers. Cailin began her career managing spare parts at Heatcool Pty Ltd. This was a good foundation before she moved into sales at System Control Engineering.

This 19-year-old finalist is currently completing her apprenticeship as a technician at the Woolworths Group in Brisbane. Katie Hammill-Lovett was one of only four females selected from 500 applicants to undertake an apprenticeship at Woolworths. Katie is excelling as an apprentice and was recently selected as one of NextGen’s top 20 apprentices under 25.

Kasey Hall joined Airmaster almost a decade ago, it was her first job out of school. During this time she has worked hard to cement her role within the company as a rising star. Today she is showcasing her management skills as Airmaster’s operations and maintenance manager. Kasey thrives in the demanding role and plans to go even further over the next decade.
