CCN has formed an exclusive partnership with Lux Research giving attendees at this year’s CCN Live event access to the latest competitive data shaping the HVACR market.

International analysts will travel to Australia to present information on the major trends shaping the industry through to 2020 and beyond. Lux Research is an advisory firm serving clients on six continents.

The research firm conducts 5,000 interviews annually across 45 countries. This is a partnership that will ensure CCN Live 2016 participants have access to information critical to their business.

It is a strategic fit for this year’s theme which is Navigating Change. The event will combine CCN’s expertise as Australia’s number one news provider for the HVACR industry and the invaluable insights generated by Lux Research data.

To be held on August 2, 2016 at the Royal Randwick Racecourse, go to www.climatecontrolnews.com.au to secure early bird rates to the event from mid-April. Winners of the HVACR Leadership Awards will also be announced at CCN Live which is now fully sponsored.

Woman of the Year in HVACR

In addition to sponsoring the HVACR Leader of the Year Award, Daikin is also sponsoring the Woman of the Year in HVACR. Daikin’s engagement and capability specialist in HR, Carlie Richards said the company is sponsoring this category because Daikin is committed to promoting women both inside the organisation and across the industry.

“We recognise that women are largely under utilised in our industry and we are resolute in challenging the status quo when it comes to the promotion of women,” Richards said. “We want to demonstrate that gender is no barrier to advancement and this award is a great way for us to recognise and support women who are succeeding in our industry.”

Innovator of the Year Award

A company that is dedicated to R&D, Temperzone, is the official sponsor for the innovation category. The company’s group sales and marketing manager, David Staker, said it is important to support those who are similarly dedicated to pushing the bounds of possibility.

“Supporting innovation within our industry is critical, that’s how technological progress is ultimately achieved,” he said. “Temperzone’s involvement in the awards program is just another way of supporting the vital innovation process.”
