The next Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services Exhibition (ARBS 2014) will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from May 20-22, 2014.
The details were announced today with ARBS 2014 exhibition manager Sue Falcke confirming that the event will once again be held in Melbourne.
ARBS would normally be held in Sydney in 2014 but missed out due to the closure of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre which is undergoing an upgrade and remodelling.
Sydney isn't likely to return to the ARBS calendar until 2016.
Falcke said the focus of the 2014 event will be on emerging trends in the built environment and excellence in sustainable buildings.
"As usual, we are assembling a strong seminar program that lets professionals hear about the latest technologies and trends from national and international experts,”she said.
"Visitors also have the opportunity to view the latest products on the exhibition floor, talk to manufacturers and distributors about new innovations, and network with peers at a variety of social functions including the awards presentation dinner.”
The awards programme, running for the third time in conjunction with the exhibition, showcases local and international talent across a variety of disciplines.
The ARBS website will be updated frequently as exhibitor bookings and award nominations open, and a call for speakers for the seminar program is issued.
