Italian-headquartered RAC control systems manufacturer Carel celebrated it 40th birthday in September.
Over 500 staff celebrated the milestone at the company’s headquarters in Italy, along with the three founding partners, who still hold company positions: group president Luigi Rossi Luciani, CEO Luigi Nalini and board member Giancarlo Galvani.
Luciani says it isn’t just a celebration for those in attendance but for the entire company operating abroad, at its manufacturing sites and sales offices all over the world.
“Indeed, Carel owes its success in the field of electronic control solutions for air conditioning and refrigeration, not only to head office staff, but also to the work of its foreign subsidiaries, which account for almost 80 per cent of Carel Group sales, a figure that continues to grow,” he says.
The company recently announced its best monthly results of all time.
Carel designs and manufactures energy-saving control solutions for the air conditioning and refrigeration sectors. It operates a sales network in over 70 countries with 14 subsidiaries.
