GEA Refrigeration Components (Australia) has acquired Bock Australia, taking on the 50 per cent share previously held by Downie Group Industries.
GEA Refrigeration Technologies acquired Bock Kaltemaschinen GmbH, including a 50 per cent share held in Bock Australia, in 2011.
Following the acquisition the company will now market the German GEA Bock compressors locally including compressor racks, the Plusbox series of condensing units, basic units, water cooled assemblies and indoor condensing units.
Bock Australia was established in September 2001.
GEA Refrigeration Australia has offices and stock holdings in Sydney and Melbourne.
