ADMARES, a leader in industrialised home-manufacturing technology, has formed a global partnership with Bosch Oceania to produce smart homes that will be rolled out in Australia.
The partnership will lead to the creation of one of the world's most comprehensive industrial technology ecosystems dedicated to transforming how homes are designed, manufactured and operated.
Under the partnership ADMARES will establish its presence in Australia before expanding its Smart Factory platform globally.
Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) will play a central role in bringing the ADMARES Smart Factory into operation, supporting the integration of factory production and logistics systems while leading factory commissioning and production ramp-up.
BAMS will be supported by Bosch’s global Manufacturing Solutions (BMG) and Industry Consulting (BIC) organisations providing specialist expertise in factory automation, industrial engineering and project delivery.
Bosch will also supply key technologies for ADMARES Smart Homes, including home appliances and home comfort solutions, enabling fully integrated, intelligent homes manufactured in highly automated Smart Factories.
Together, ADMARES and Bosch will establish a scalable manufacturing
platform capable of addressing the growing global demand for high-quality, attainable housing.

The Bosch partnership further strengthens the ADMARES Industrial Technology Ecosystem, which also includes ABB Robotics, EDAG, MHP – A Porsche Company, Porsche Consulting, and Siemens.
Bosch has had a presence in Australia since 1907, opening its first wholly owned subsidiary, Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd in 1954. Bosch generated revenue of over $A1.3 billion in 2025 in Oceania and employs over 1,200 staff.
