CCN has received a record number of entries for the Top 20 Women in HVACR showcase which will be published next month.

This high level of interest is a testament to the value of the Women in HVACR Program which promotes women and their valuable contribution to our industry.

HVACR remains a male-dominated industry in need of more diversity to address Australia’s critical skills shortage.

It is initiatives like the Women in HVACR Top 20 that are having an impact proving the power of visibility.

CCN’s annual Top 20 encourages younger women to see HVACR as a viable career path.

The Women in HVACR sponsor, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioners Australia (MHIAA), is proud to be a part of the Top 20 showcase.

MHIAA marketing manager, Jenny Perello, said the Women in HVACR program is having an impact.

“There is a cultural shift taking place proving that leadership has no gender,” she said.

“We are showcasing talent, leadership, and innovation, while inspiring the next generation. This breaks down barriers reshaping the future of the HVACR sector as a place where women can thrive.

“MHIAA is proud to stand behind a movement that welcomes and nurtures women as valuable contributors to our industry.”

MHIAA and CCN would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that nominated for the Top 20 Women in HVACR.
