With the continued growth of Actrol's branch network over the past few years the company has increased the size of its Queensland Distribution Centre.

The new site is located in the Brisbane suburb of Parkinson doubling Actrol's warehouse capacity.

The expansion was necessary to keep up supply demands for the company's ever growing customer base.

Lead by supervisor John Mason, the warehouse team successfully relocated the distribution centre within a week with very little disruption to normal operations.

"This is another step Actrol has taken to ensure we maximise our abilities to best service our valued customer base," he said.

Another recent expansion was the opening of Actrol's Singleton branch in the Hunter region of NSW late last year.

Located at 34 Magpie St, Singleton, Actrol said has seen a steady increase in business in the area over the last 12 months.

Singleton branch manager, Ben McGaw, said staff experience and customer support has been central to Actrol's success in the area. McGaw is supported by his assistant Gemma Standing (see picture).
