With the continued growth of the West Australian business, Actrol has relocated its distribution centre to Wangara, north of Perth.
The move is to meet sales demand and the new building delivers more than double the warehouse capacity of the former site allowing Actrol to improve service levels within the WA branch network.
Warehouse Supervisor Darren Angwin and his team successfully relocated the DC, never wavering from the goal of being open and operational for business within one week.
On the product side, Actrol has recently invested heavily in its already extensive pipe support range.
Walk into any branch in the Actrol network and there are channel clips, stud clips, pipe clamps and insulclamps, in a mulititude of sizes. The process has been made even simpler with the introduction of selection charts at each branch.
It's been a while since MHI 9.2kW split system inverter air conditioners were first introduced at Actrol, but interest in the units continues to rise.
The company says a number of features are driving this interest, notably the Self Clean Operation, Allergen Pollen Filter, and the ingenious Photo catalytic Washable Deodorizing Filter.
