Dunnair’s ability to custom build provides the HVAC industry with a practical and cost-effective solution for replacement of discontinued equipment currently installed in existing buildings around the country.
Dunnair is set to deliver a total of 375 water-sourced packaged units to replace existing discontinued Blaico equipment at the Novotel Twin Waters resort on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Working closely with highly experienced mechanical contractors at Air-Rite Solar & Air Conditioning in Nambour, Dunnair has succeeded in designing a product which essentially mimics the existing equipment to facilitate easy installation and consequently, minimal disturbance to the overall operations of the resort.
Dunnair ensured that the equipment supplied was able to fit into the existing available ceiling cavity, matched up with existing ductwork and pipework, while also providing adequate access for service and maintenance.
