Readers of Climate Control News (CCN) are personally invited to participate in a five minute survey.

The survey has been created  to improve the quality of the magazine and web site and only takes five minutes to complete.

CCN Editor Sandra Van Dijk is eager to read the responses to review everyone's likes and dislikes.

"This is my way of trying to get up close and personal with readers," she said.

"The only way I can improve the magazine is if readers share their preferences awith me."

Customer relationship expert, Don Cunningham, said it takes courage to seek out customers and their opinions.

"If you really want to know how to get more clients, why not just ask the ones you have why they read your magazine," he said.

"It sounds straight forward, but listening to customer feedback and responding to that feedback isn't as simple as it seems.

"Somewhere in a company's dealings with their customer is an underlying and intrinsic value that compels the customer to return.

"Price and quality are reasonable factors in making a sale, but not necessarily in building a customer who trusts you and returns for more value."

Van Dijk agrees, adding that the Readers Survey is particularly important now as CCN is evolving.

"CCN is more than a news source, the CCN brand is becoming a resource with events, roundtables and
eventually, whitepapers. That's why I need to know if I am heading in the right direction?" she asked.

"Only the readers can answer that question."

It only takes five minutes to complete the survey at www.climatecontrolnews.com.au/survey

Prizes for completing the survey include: Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label; Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon; Tyrells Vat 47 Chardonnay and; Pierro LTC Semillion Sauvignon Blanc and Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2011.
