Heatcraft Australia and New Zealand this month announced the launch of a Technical Excellence Centre.
The Technical Excellence Centre will be serviced by a group of experienced Heatcraft application engineers who will be focused on satisfying technical enquiries and project quoting to help customers work more efficiently and meet their quoting deadlines.
Heatcraft’s ANZ director of sales, Leon Miller, says the Technical Excellence team will enhance the company’s customer service offering with strong technical support.
Customers can contact the Technical Excellence team for requirements relating to refrigeration and HVAC equipment applications or heat load calculations, compressor replacements, optimal energy solutions, to name just a few.
“The team is ready to work with our customers to help them resolve issues and offer the best product solution for their customers,” Miller says.
