Rothenberger A/NZ has set a new standard in technical support for customers with the launch of TecSpec.
Not only is it a global first for the group, TecSpec is moving beyond product and is providing industry training as well as consulting services for organisations with large refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
Officially launched in July, TecSpec provides piping, plumbing and refrigeration industries with the very best in repairs, service and training.
TecSpec is an independent business headquartered at the Rothenberger complex in Sydney, with agencies in key locations equipped to service customers across ANZ.
While Rothenberger has always sought to provide the highest quality of technical support and repairs for its own tools and equipment TecSpec is able to provide this support to all brands not just those managed by the Rothenberger Group.
TecSpec is staffed with an experienced and qualified repair service team capable of technically assessing and providing full service repairs including all plumbing hand tools and equipment, test and tag certification and calibration of refrigeration service tools and equipment.
TecSpec also represents a number of leading global manufacturers in Australia, independent of the Rothenberger Group commencing with the marketing and distributing some of the industry’s most respected refrigeration and air conditioning componentry and control brands.
Beyond product TecSpec has also teamed up with Trades Recognition Australia to deliver the most advanced, nationally recognised, training and product education courses on the market.
For experts in their field these courses take up where TAFE leaves off and will be available through TecSpec facilities nationally; with in field training, such as mine sites and pipelines, being provided on larger equipment.
Managed by a team of industry experts and equipped with the latest technologies in the industry TecSpec also provides consultancy services to organisations with large commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment wanting to achieve better efficiencies in monitoring and utilisation of gas and equipment.
TecSpec manager, Anthony Harrigan, said that prior to launching extensive discussions were held with industry and customers.
“During these discussions we heard a lot of complaints about the quality of service they were receiving from suppliers,” he said.
“So we thought by creating TecSpec we could offer our service standard to everyone and by doing this achieve the mass necessary to make it obtainable and affordable for everyone.”
