GENERAL Australia (formerly Fujitsu General Australia) has launched its new ‘Ducted Summer Cashback’ promotion, giving Australian households the opportunity to receive a digital prepaid Mastercard valued up to $500 when they buy an eligible General Airstage (formerly Fujitsu) ducted air conditioning system.
Running from 1 October to 11 December 2026, the promotion arrives as households prepare for the warmer months and consider ways to create comfortable, controlled indoor environments throughout summer.
Eligible customers can receive up to $500 via redemption, depending on the capacity and model purchased.
GENERAL Australia and New Zealand head of marketing & communications, Zdenka Micallef, said summer is a time when reliable home cooling really comes into its own.

The GENERAL anywAiR technology ducted controller is an optional smart controller for selected General Airstage ducted air conditioning systems.
It provides Wi-Fi control through an intuitive wall-mounted touchpad, with remote access also available through the anywAiR® app on selected smartphones and tablets.
Users can manage airflow and temperature across up to 10 zones and create up to 12 customised scenes for everyday routines such as arriving home or bedtime.
Variable Air Volume control can also adjust airflow to individual zones, while optional temperature sensors provide greater control over the desired temperature in different areas of the home.
Other features include Active Weather, which can trigger cooling, heating or fan operation based on local temperature thresholds, and Google Home integration for compatible voice control. The controller is an optional accessory and must be installed by a General Airstage air conditioning specialist.
Micallef said smart control is about making home comfort work around the way people actually live.

To take part in the promotion, customers must purchase and fully pay for an eligible General Airstage ducted system from a participating dealer between 1 October and 11 December 2026.
Claims must be submitted online by 11:59pm AEDT on 29 January 2027, with proof of purchase, proof of payment, and required product details.
