- Heat Index, Humidex, and estimated Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (eWBGT)
To safeguard against long-term hearing damage, the device features robust noise tracking that calculates immediate and projected exposure:
- Sound Pressure Level
- Configurable weightings (A, C, or Z) and response times (Fast or Slow)
- Leq, Dose, and Projected Dose
- Time Weighted Average (TWA) and Projected TWA
Ensuring that isolated personnel are never alone, the BEACON V3 can deliver critical safety and location metrics:
- GPS Outdoors and Coarse Location Indoors
- Immediate SOS/Panic Button capabilities
- Automated Impact and Fall Detection
- No Movement Alerts for incapacitated workers
Designed for easy deployment with minimal operational interruption, the BEACON V3 connects via BLE, WiFi, and Cellular networks, featuring configurable transmission rates and alert thresholds.
The BEACON V3 also seamlessly integrates with SlateSafety's BAND V2 physiological monitor, providing personal and environmental exposure levels across a unified ecosystem.
