The stationary Australia and New Zealand Refrigerant Handling Code of Practice 2025 is now fully digital.
With this upgrade, technicians can now access the Code directly from their mobile devices.
The HTML versions include a dynamic search function and quick navigation tools, making it easier for technicians to locate the information they need.
Earlier this year, AIRAH, the Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water facilitated an update of the Codes, following considerable public consultation and assistance from a review committee.
ARC CEO, Glenn Evans, said the upgrade to a responsive online format supports ARC’s commitment to innovation, improved information access, and streamlined communication.
He said the digital release will provide elevated access and ease of use for technicians.
“Digitalisation modernises the way information is accessed and shared. Our goal with digitalising these Codes is simple – to make it easier for technicians to find the information they need – anytime, anywhere,” he said.
