Danfoss is preparing to introduce a new, high-performance controller designed to set a new standard in flexibility, usability, and system integration for plug-in and remote TXV refrigerated display cases.
Designed to meet the demands of customers, AK-CC25 will deliver best-in-class application coverage, modern user experience with built-in Bluetooth connectivity, and advanced functionality that supports high energy efficiency and enhanced food safety.
This upcoming controller will represent a major step forward in refrigeration case control — combining broad flexibility, intelligent system integration, and robust performance in a single, future-ready platform.
A glimpse into what’s ahead:
- Versatile design for broad application scope and easy customization: One controller variant supports multiple use cases—including MT/LT switch mode, dual compressor, and dual circuit configurations—while offering fully flexible I/O and wide sensor type compatibility. The new controller is also approved for flammable – A3 (e.g. R290) and A2L refrigerants. This reduces product complexity, minimises service stock, and allows seamless tailoring to specific system requirements or retrofit needs.
- Designed for a seamless user experience – every step of the way:With a modern interface and built-in Bluetooth, AK-CC25 will deliver intuitive operation, easy setup, and seamless integration with ADAP-KOOL® tools like the AK-CC Connect app, KoolProg and KoolKey —making commissioning and monitoring smoother than ever.
- Energy efficiency and food safety:Modulating temperature regulation and compatibility with variable speed compressors contribute to optimized energy use and consistent cooling performance. New features also support an enhanced system & performance monitoring.
- Robust and reliable by design:Building on over 35 years of ADAP-KOOL expertise, the new controller incorporates advanced diagnostics, compressor and condenser safety monitoring, and HACCP-compliance.
AK-CC25 case controller will represent a significant step forward in case control technology — delivering the versatility, ease of use, and integration capabilities required by today’s commercial refrigeration systems.
