Applications close this Friday 25 August, 2023, for the Kirby Apprentice Fund CO2 Training Scholarship.
This scholarship opportunity is targeted at 4th year HVACR apprentices looking to extend their existing knowledge of the trade and further their understanding of future/natural technologies.
To be eligible for the scholarship, apprentices must be registered in the Kirby Apprentice Fund and be enrolled in TAFE or an approved RTO refrigeration-based trade course.
Scholarship training will be held on 26-27 September, 2023 and there are only 10 placements available.
The two day CO2 Systems Training course covers CO2 Safety and CO2 Repair and Service Systems Training.
It is undertaken at the Sydney based, Beijer Ref Training Academy, in conjunction with the Superior Training Centre Pty Ltd.
Upon completion of the training apprentices will also receive Australian Refrigeration Council Green Scheme Accreditation.
