Dibyava Ghosh has been appointed CEO at Robertshaw, a global leader in thermal and advanced flow control solutions.
Ghosh was originally appointed president and Interim CEO in May 2026.
She has a proven track record of driving market-beating growth and operational excellence across complex global industrial businesses.
Recognised for her expertise in multi-site global P&L management, portfolio scale-up, and localised supply chain integration, she has consistently led large organisations through high-stakes product launches and rapid value creation.
Her core strengths span dynamic commercial positioning, strategic execution, accretive portfolio integration, and leading high-performance teams across global engineering and manufacturing footprints.
Prior to joining Robertshaw, Ghosh demonstrated these strategic leadership capabilities as president of CPM, president/CEO of Hill & Smith Inc., and global managing director for IMI PLC's Industrial Automation sector.
She also spent nearly 13 years in key division leadership roles at Parker Hannifin, following strategic business planning leadership roles at Motorola Solutions.
Commenting on her appointment Ghosh said her focus is on accelerating the company’s innovation pipelines, strengthening customer partnerships and driving operational performance as the Robertshaw team engineer the next generation of flow and control solutions.
