Pacific HVAC Engineering today welcomed a new shareholder to the business, Systemair AB of Sweden.

The two major Australian shareholders remain unchanged and continue to operate within the business, according to Sudevan Nallathamby, the managing director, Pacific HVAC Engineering.

“We welcome the expertise, experience and knowledge of Systemair,” Nallathamby said.

“Our new shareholder will compliment Pacific HVAC Engineering, our product range and future plans.

“We look forward to seeing our growth within the Australian, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific markets continue.”
