Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia, Pty. Ltd. (MHIAA) senior sales advisor, Graham Hamilton, explains why MHIAA has
agreed to provide sponsorship for the Women in HVACR showcase for the second year in a row.
MHIAA is honoured to be partnering with CCN to recognise Women in HVACR who are furthering our industry with their skills and expertise.
The 2023 showcase highlighted 20 prominent women who have gone above and beyond in not only their roles, but the industry as a whole and we look forward to recognising this year’s nominees.
The CCN Women in HVACR Showcase is an outstanding avenue for the HVACR industry to recognise and acknowledge the women working across all areas of the industry from apprentices, engineering managers to senior executives and to highlight their dedication and excellence across the field.
Here at MHIAA we continue to look for ways to ensure that we are recognising and supporting women in our industry by focusing on and supporting equal opportunity in the workplace.
As our industry continues to develop and with the ever-changing regulations that we adhere to, we are seeing an increasing opportunity for women to make their mark and showcase their skills and talents to a wider audience.
We are excited to be supporting the 2024 Women in HVACR Showcase, recognising and rewarding those women within our industry who have continued to challenge the boundaries and demonstrate their ongoing excellence and achievements within their roles.
Within this initiative we are looking forward to seeing the nominees and their experiences within this industry along with the ways that they have shaped and influenced the changing nature of the HVACR industry.
The HVACR industry is one that is increasingly providing opportunities for women in various levels and degrees.
We are honoured to be part of this great program in partnership with Climate Control News for 2024 to recognise and support the growing number of successful women within the industry.
We look forward to seeing all the nominees and wish them all every success in future.
